JETFIRE: PHILIPPINES 2015 TOUR

Currently making massive waves towards international super stardom, Jetfire is composed of Zohar and Itay (both Israelis) and Nicolaz (Belgian) whom they met in 2013. All were then already brilliant producers, talented and professional djs in their own turf but being one as Jetfire, proved par excellence!

The fiery and feisty, prolific group Jetfire made a steady climb in the electronic dance music scene and was seen performing at the biggest festivals all over the world. On their first year alone, the group landed an opportunity many would call a great feat for a new dj group. Here's a look back on their Tomorrowland Belgium 2014 stint...

Since Tomorrowland Belgium in 2014 they gained further notoriety and returned last July for two massive appearances... Tomorrowland's Dreamville The Gathering with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike & Yves and at Hardwell's Revealed stage with the world's number 1 dj Hardwell himself!   

Inspired by film scores and rock influences, brilliant collaborations with other world-class djs, Jetfire gained admiration from their peers and by those who have witnessed their passion for music.

Having played alongside and toured with the world's biggest djs like the supreme Kings of Tomorrowland  Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Jetfire is unstoppable! In just a span of one month (from July 25, 2015 to August 25, 2015), Jetfire has been seen playing in Tomorrowland Belgium, EDM Festival in China, club hops in Hongkong and Thailand then Tel Aviv, Israel to play alongside Axwell /\ Ingrosso. Oh but wait! One month's not stopping there! They are now heading for the Philippines this week to do the following major performances:

August 21, Jetfire is #BoundForDuma as headliner djs for Negros Island Region's premier electronic dance music festival, Negros Love Dance East produced by Headrush BCD, Evo Philippines, Xyndicate Productions and presented by BLU Energy Drink. 

August 22, they head to Manila to propell the madness of their Philippine tour to clubbers at the world-class nightclub, Chaos Manila at the City of Dreams! 

Don't miss Jetfire LIVE in the Philippines on those dates! They will be playing with the countries best djs and are surely gonna bring the house down! Jetfire is brought to the Philippines by Xyndicate Productions and BLU Energy Drink.

THE BLU JOB

Now don't go crazy about the title of this blog! It's not what you expect, you little dirty-minded you! It's about the job that I have with BLU which I fondly call as the BLU job. :D

I slept well for some good 3 1/2  hours since I got home and I just woke up feeling too excited this year for my life, for my company, for my team and for the brand I represent. Last year, I had so much to do that I barely have enough time to update this personal blog site of mine. Three minutes ago when I opened my account, I realized, I missed spontaneous blogging so much about random thoughts and about the way too many exciting things that transpired in my life last year but then, I wrote so much that the only time I had was do it via my Instagram account where I posted my craziness.

My instagram account is a steady evidence open to public that it all seemed fast-paced and 2014 has gone by so quickly for me. As I scrolled down to look at my posts from the time 2014 entered the calendar (which was about the same time when we started with BLU Energy Drink in the Philippines), I realized I really had so much fun with my life last year that there was only one period that I suffered from burnout. Amazing! In the past years of me working online primarily doing SEO / Social Media Marketing works, I normally suffer from this twice or thrice a year that I had to shut the internet off from my life for some long period of time.

Looking at all my instagram posts in 2014, I can truly say that my work for a year and 3 months at BLU is entirely different from the previous companies and accounts which I also served well for many years. My passion and loyalty on this brand alone is entirely different... incredibly different! There are way too many reasons why it is like that but the top reasons are - One, it is an incredible product and a great, global brand. Two, it is owing to the fact that I was there from the very beginning with my boss. Oh my! From helping set up our corporate office, to help set up team mates till BLU's arrival... it was all bittersweet! Especially remembering now that time when the first shipment of BLU arrived in the Philippines... I felt like I was giving birth to three BLU babies... Classic, Cranberry and Lemon Lime, the first three variants of BLU in the Philippines.

There were way too many exciting moments that followed that event. From seeing ourselves take painstakingly baby steps, to heartbreaks/rejections here and there, to getting way past all the negativity and overcome challenges, to receiving positivity from thousands who have already tried and believed in BLU and to finally seeing where we are right now - all over the Philippine market via 7-Eleven in just barely a year for millions of Filipinos to enjoy because BLU gives you NO palpitation, NO caffeine crash, NO stomach upset and NO aftertaste! Yeah... drink it to believe it!

The first year is truly an amazing ride for me! I was simply way too busy documenting the first year of BLU and loving every moment of it! Do I remember myself working hard last year? Yes, of course. I lived with tons of pressures, struggles and disappointments but I have lived beyond all them fast because I considered these as part of my year with BLU. Funny thing though, it all seemed like I didn't really work hard If I look back to when I started... that's because I truly enjoyed the whole year!

And so I woke up earlier excited... enough for me to even take some time to blog about it. Sigh! I can finally say that this was indeed the dream job I longed for in my entire professional and corporate life. I say WAS... because I grabbed it, I nabbed it and I will let no one take it away from me! Why should I? Working for BLU is the best gift and blessing to me... I don't feel like I worked a day in my life last year! It was destiny (thanks to my boss Shai for believing in me) and now I have the vision of all the exciting things in store for BLU and for me personally, this year. I can't divulge on it yet though (I'd be fired for it LOL) but all will be revealed in due time at the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+) that my team and I handle. #SorryNotSoSorry for the shameless plugging on BLU accounts. I am just too happy and proud of  BLU. I should make sense to you all... I love what I do (the BLU job) and I will do things better, longer and with greater passion. So strap your seat belts on tight! With the help of everyone in the BLU Team Philippines, we will be taking you all for an awesome ride this year... just #BLUyourMind ;-)
