Party history unveiled: Red Carpet Promotions emerged to play host to a new style of partying in Manila, Philippines where luxury, opulence, sexy fun and sensuality are its watchwords. Spearheaded by the "Sexy Party Puppeteers" as I personally and fondly call them, the notorious Carbonell sisters Farah, Samantha and Kriya gave us Manila party animals that.
If you weren't able to witness the kind of parties they gave, think... beautiful girls, skimpy bikinis, hot maxis, cocktails, relaxing lounges, handsome guys, great bodies, fashion shows, cool photography teams, cool music, cool djs + one hot resident jock imported all the way from Brazil and a whole lot of fun!
Summer is over :(( I am missing these parties. Kinda got sick and tired of the new wave pretentious clubbers (sob... missing the people who knows how to rock club parties... they were doing great parties out of town, flying with their kites, studying abroad, working abroad, on a hiatus, or retired) that's why I couldn't help compare the pool party attendees with them. There's just something about pool and yacht party attendees that makes them different.... perhaps, these "wet" parties or the idea of wet simply brings out the best and natural personalities. Sigh! Rain, rain, go away, come again another day... I want the sisters to come out and make us play!

SEX CAN STILL BE BEAUTIFUL AT 60++
Don't you ever wonder if old people really do have sex and/or still got the drive? I sat staring at my round light in the ceiling for a few moments wondering if they really do.
This thought was brought about when I suddenly remembered a friend's dream of retiring at 60 and traveling the entire Europe on a fully-equipped trailer.
I had a big laughing moment about it because he said his friends thought this is a crazy idea. I thought of it as something great and beautiful that I managed to crack a joke... that he can even have random sex at every single town, city or country he passes by! So, remembering that conversation today, I wondered if people at 60 and ++ really do get the sex drive?
Disclaimer: Please don't throw up by starting to think about wrinkly private parts early this morning. This is a good read for you and well... you never know... you just might remember this article when you reach the golden age.
Recalling my Nursing studies at the University of St. La Salle Bacolod plus reading materials of people's experiences, news, etc., throughout the life of us normal, healthy people, there are ups and downs in our sexual desires. Really! People who are harried, worried or under extreme emotional stress often feel flat or nothing about sex and as we grow older we can still enjoy sex but sometimes the drive is somewhat muted. Various physical factors affect sex drives. There are specialists in the field who can be consulted eventually regarding this. Guidance counselors, sexologists and neurologists have means of assisting those concerned about the problem. At our new age and generation of advance technology, these professionals even have online services about this thus; making it convenient for everyone.
However, I think it is important to note that sex is not the only way to demonstrate love as couples mature. This may often achieve intimacy through other physical contact such as hugging, holding hands or massaging each others' back.
Back in the day, I remember talks that sex is no longer "suitable" for the older age group. I am sure you all have heard poor jokes and negative publicity that were given to "dirty old men" who showed an unseemly interest in copulation.
Today, with advanced studies and of course with the help of medical discoveries, it is understood that the sex drive remains with us almost throughout our lives and is a part of the human makeup at all stages. Nevertheless, there are good physiological reasons why women after menopause may be less turned on than their male partners and it is well that both husbands and wives understand these reasons. Then if there is still a great desire to rejuvenate the fountain of youth, there are experts who can give assistance.
Age need not rule out a satisfying sex life. If I am 60 and I get to talk to Spongebob Squarepants, he will only say one thing... "It's all about IMAGINATION."

JAY SERVER & THE DONSOL WHALE SHARKS
This is Jay Server... my good friend and boss who recently had a great time with the world's largest fish in the ocean, the whale sharks.
And that is Jay's "Butanding"... Pinoy's term for the whale sharks. The following are some photos Jay took on what he calls a "fantabulous" Whale Shark experience. Awesome creatures, awesome adventure!
Anyways, this happened in Donsol located in the province of Sorsogon, Philippines. Yes.. Donsol and its' local community thrived after embracing whale shark tourism. I somehow believe, Marina (the local telenovela mermaid was Jay's ex in real life lol but true!!!) had something to do with this though as the number of whale sharks have increased as have local income levels which is just great. Donsol was once a sleepy fishing village and the community once thought of these creatures as "mga salot" or pests.
The community's attitude towards these gentle creatures changed when Dave Duran came in Donsol. According to CNN's write up about him, Dave is a charismatic, passionate cameraman turned diver. Twelve years ago he shot footage of the whale sharks and brought it to international spotlight. His footage caught the attention of the World Wildlife Fund, the marine biologists and scientists. Suddenly Donsol became a major research destination.
Little is known about whale sharks, a major part of preserving the species is understanding their migratory routes and breeding habits. Within three months of Dave going public with his footage the Philippine government issued a ban on fishing whale sharks.
Dave said to CNN, "If we were just late for about a month or so the story would have been different".Maybe now we would be seeing whale sharks being slaughtered here, right on this beach." (As per World Wildlife Fund, whale sharks are coveted in many countries. Their meat can sell for up to $17 per kilo, their fins a staggering $800).
Eco Solutions have covered many great stories in the ongoing battle of preservation vs. destruction. Here the balance shifted in favor of nature. It's just a matter of luck," Dave says. "We gave [the people of Donsol] some sort of hope that eco-tourism could work in Donsol and they believed it."
Thanks to Dave Duran, a great Filipino with a passionate concern for these majestic marine animals, the world-famous Donsol Whale Sharks are now coveted for it's ability to attract tourists and definitely not for its' fins. Dave Duran saved the whale sharks. Mabuhay ka, Dave Duran... salamat!

Pedophiles have fantasies, reoccurring thoughts, and behaviors that involve sexual activities with a child usually younger than 14 years.
Behaviors pedophiles may involve themselves in or around children can include, watching a child undress or bath, encouraging a child to watch the pedophile undress, bath, or masturbate. In addition to touching a child's genital area, or forcing the child to touch the pedophile’s genitalia or performing sexual acts which involve a child.
Pedophiles may abuse their own children, nieces, nephews, cousins, step-children, step-siblings, or grandchildren. When a pedophile involves a child in the family, or a relative this is called incest. Many pedophiles will look for children outside a family to victimize, and never dream of hurting their own child, who may be seen as an extension of one’s own self.
The Kabalikat Civicom Boracay Chapter and the Kabalikat Civicom National Global in the Philippines knows that pedophiles are cunning, highly manipulative...often pushing limits initially by “accidentally” brushing up against a child’s genital area through his or her clothes to see what kind of reaction is received.
The pedophile may “accidentally” walk into the bathroom or bedroom of the child to see how the child responds to this intrusion. This is why I am glad that in the #1 tourist spot in country, the Boracay Chapter actively do rounds to make full awareness of this very important cause.... a Child-wise Tourism.
People often feel uncomfortable around someone who is a pedophile and have no idea why they feel that way. Learn to listen to your instinct. Stop questioning your feelings, if someone makes you feel uncomfortable, stay away from them. No one needs any explanation. Listen to what the warning signs are inside yourself...keep yourself and the children of the Philippines safe from these child-sex tourists. Don't turn away. Turn them in. Please help protect our national treasures.
